Nonprofit Shield is a collaboration between Matt Fairbank, a Yakima nonprofit leader and consultant, and Tony Swartz, an Ellensburg lawyer and nonprofit leader.

Nonprofit Shield is an annual plan – think of us as your preventative medicine personnel who make sure your organization stays healthy. The annual Shield plan offers Washington State nonprofits with a trustworthy team to ensure you are operating as effectively as possible. Tony Swartz will provide you with the legal tools to make sure your nonprofit is operating within Washington law. Matt Fairbank will assist your with board management, Human Resources issues, conflict resolution, and other areas to ensure you are firing on all cylinders.
